I finally scrounged up enough money to order a MacBook from the Apple site today -- only $759.00

for a discontinued refurb model with a one-year warranty. My iBook G4 will be 5 years old this August, so I figured this was the time to take the plunge. Question for you gurus: Are you aware of any known issues using migration assistant to move my old stuff from a PowerPC Mac using Tiger 10.4.11 to an Intel Mac with Snow Leopard?

1. With the help of Snow Lepoard's Rosetta software

I was able migrate the Microsoft Office, BB Edit, and Fetch I was using on PPC with Tiger without buying upgrades.

However, until I can scrounge up for a new version of Photoshop, I'll have to sue Gimp.
