Update directly from 10.4 Tiger to 10.6 Snow Leopard |

has anyone done this? Must you do a clean install (i.e. wipe the hard disk) or can you do it 'in place' ? My wife just gave me her ipod touch which requires iTunes 10 and since (as far as I can tell) you cannot run iT10 on Tiger, it seems like I have to update to Leopard or Snow Leopard to get iTunes to use the ipod.
Any ideas?

1. You can do that, but I would recommend a clean install. |

Do a search for 'can you install snow leopard over tiger' and you will find a lot of info on the subject.
