having trouble putting my mac osx to sleep....

takes longer then it did new last year, and when we hit the mouse to start it up again later in the day or the next day it seems to take longer coming on too.... any suggestions?? Thanks

Do you ever reboot? Or do you always sleep and wake? Rebooting sometimes solves some problems

4. Yeah, reboot the mac from time to time! A second trick to try, if rebooting doesn't

help, is to wander into Disk Utility and repair permissions
