1. Leftovers and sammiches
We went to see "Merry Wives of Windosr" at an outdoor venue last night. We took fruit salad and cheese to eat there (after a wonderful grilled supper earlier at friends' house). Lots of fruit and cheese left. Some tomatoes that are really nice and ripe. I'll make a couple of salami (soppresstta, actually) sammiches on some green olive rustic bread with some tomato slices. We're also gunna make a tomato and onion salad, maybe some egg salad sammiches for Sparkly, some fruit, and sit on the deck to eat. Its been really nice the last two days and the humidity is supposed to be back with a vengence tomorrow, so tonight will be easy and laid back. Nothing hot.
