mentioned before there is a new "Farmer's market" style supermarket in my area and since I was out of flour I stopped by there on the way home from work and picked up flour, fresh squash and then cruised the meat aisle and saw two beautiful Filets for less than $9 so I picked them up

They were grass fed beef from Australia, organic and the best darn beef I've ever cooked! I've had steaks that good in a VERY fancy restaurant, but these were incredible

I did nothing to them, just slapped them on the BBQ (no pepper no nothing) and they came out so tender and flavorful

I'm sitting here full as a little tick, I can't even test the cookies I baked with the flour I got LOL

So if you are in AZ, check out "Sprouts" for beef AND fresh seafood every day
