HELP when do I add the noodles to the bean soup? |
|
30 minutes? 45? before serving
I have Rotini i plan on using in my 15 bean soup. I just tasted it and it has almost a "minestroni" feel to it so I think pasta would be a great addition
suggestions?

1. I would cook the pasta separately and then stir it in |
|
just before serving, so it doesn't fall apart :)

5. Nah, don't cook it separately... |
|
...just throw it in at the end. You want the pasta to absorb all those wonderful flavors.

2. I agree with SoCalDem. Boil it seperately. |

There's too much stuff in the soup for the pasta to cook properly. It needs to "swim" in a lot of water.
