I just made a tub of garlic butter--yum
Seems that I just finished one tub of Cant Be Butter oleo, and I was starving for more.
Most simple-one whole clump of garlics, a squirt of olive oil and lemon juice, wrap in foil and bake at 420 for 20 minutes.
Soften the tub of oleo, smash the garlic cloves out of their skins, beat all together and you have the most delicious-fattening-wonderful tasting spread.I hate myself when I do things like this.

4. Who knows where "oleo" came from? I don't.
I've also seen it spelled "olio" on some of my grandmother's recipe cards.
