Any pickapepper fans out there?
Edited on Sun Mar-05-06 09:50 AM by babylonsister

It's a spicy little sauce that I keep handy to pour over cream cheese for a zingy, easy dip.
While I was looking for a picture, I found this site that has some interesting sauces from
around the world.

1. I like pickapeppa in my barbecue sauce.
For pulled pork. I braise the meat in a savory sauce of pickapeppa, spices and water, then cool, shred and coat with barbecue sauce (so the tomato and sugar don't get over-carmelized).

It's good stuff....

5. I like it on steak as a change form A-1
A little goes a long way for a bit of zing!

I never thought to use it in a spread with cream cheese! Thanks!
