Smoked garlic mustard...wow

I bought a jar of this a couple of weeks ago, and just got around to using it. So far I've had it with a pastrami on rye and on bratwurst. Terrific stuff, although fair warning: it's hot.

If you're a mustard fan and like hot food, this one's a keeper. Original Juan's is fun - their factory outlet is about 20 minutes from me, and I'm hooked on their barbeque sauces and salsas. Most of their stuff is pretty hot, but they have a few mild salas, like their artichoke and garlic one - it's not hot, just flavorful.
