Corned beef on rye is a great lunch sandwich. I made the corned beef this time in the crock pot. It was more tender than boiling the heck out of it.

onions and potatoes into the pot.... next day, cube them and saute with cubed leftover corned beef. "HASH"!

...that uses leftover corned beef, leftover boiled potatoes, onions and turnips boiled with the meat, and almost two cups of heavy cream! Oy vey.

I took my left over corned beef and leftover cooked yukon gold potatoes and ground them up in the Kitchen Aid Grinding attachment. It worked good and made delicious corned beef hash for breakfast the following morning, much better than the canned variety.
