1. especially this post

I never was much of a fish eater anyway except when I could buy it on the docks (shrimp or crab)

I like a nice catfish or rainbow trout now and then, but they are so hard to find that are worth anything anymore

2. I'm so spoiled living in PNW
I can pretty much get excellent fresh seafood anytime and often for fairly reasonable prices. I also have no problems with flash frozen seafood and Trader Joes always has a good selection at decent prices. I've become a little addicted to the marinated white salmon TJ sells on occasion.

4. Dittos for the Great Lakes states
Perch, walleye, and whitefish are staples for me. I don't like trout or salmon, but they're abundant here in Michigan. Sunfish make a great meal too.
