This may not be new to y'all, but it was to me. Barbecue University with Stephen Raechlin. I'm probably spelling his name wrong. I have his enormous book around here somewhere. It looked like a really good show with lots of information about cuts of beef.
I really prefer the PBS shows to the Cooking Chanel, so it was good to have a new one. Daisy's on right now.
