Nut Thins
I mentioned these crackers on another thread. I've been eating them for about 2 years, and always found them in natural foods stores. When I moved to GA 1-1/2 yrs. ago, I couldn't find them in any of the grocery stores around here until 2 weeks ago. Kroger is now carrying them, and they've added a couple of flavors. Blue Diamond Nut Thins come in Pecan, Almond, Smoked Almond, Hazelnut, Cheddar, and Ranch. They are nut/rice crackers, extra crunchy and are a satisfying alternative to chips (just don't eat as many as you would of the chips). Great with just about any topping, or straight out of the box. If you've tried rice crackers in the past but have been disappointed by their blandness, try Nut Thins. I'm trying my best to boost their popularity in hopes that Blue Diamond won't decide to discontinue them.

1. I had a coworker who always had some at her desk.
She was a celiac and these are a good replacement for wheat crackers. I liked them so much I started buying them!
