Every time I visit, I feel like I'm breaking bread with old friends. I'm glad I discovered it. AND the bonus is that I've gotten some really good recipes and ideas from the posts.

I've been such a lazy gardener these past few years that I avoided it. But I bet there's lots of inspiration there, too.

7. Me too. I love this place.

I find that I'm cooking more and trying more new things, because there are people here to discuss it with.

In some ways, when I'm cooking, I feel like I'm cooking for everyone here too (and of course you are all invited over anytime). It used to be that if I were just cooking for two, I'd hesitate on some recipes, but now, I feel like I'm cooking for a much larger group, so I forge ahead.

Now, where are you guys when I have all this food and nobody to eat it??? :)

I'm more active in this group than any other. I don't have time to post a lot but I seem to make time to post here. Maybe because food is one thing I do know really well. More likely the fact that the people in this group are welcoming and not intimidating. Everyone plays nice here.
