Arroz con pollo tonight

I haven't made that in a few months. Mrs bearfan is trying to watch her red meat intake. I have some boneless skinless breasts I'll cube up. I like to use a good amount of green pepper. I have some canned garden tomatoes to put in it too.

I'm sure it's in the demopedia. Some of the recipe threads I have in demopedia don't have the pics any more. It says photobucket there where the pic was and the pics are still on photobucket.

It only has about 20 on it. They're still green. My banana peppers are still kicking ass.
