I decided to try out my new cuisinart and try to knead bread. I pulled at an old bread mix, add the ingredients, and start. I don't have eggs so I added a hard boiled egg. I don't think it's going to work. The cuisinart worked great, though.

let us know what happens. I'm thinking if you used fresh eggs and were just short, you might have been further ahead to use maybe 1/4 c oil in place of one of the eggs. I guess if you had no eggs, you might run the hardboiled egg and oil together in the cuisinart first to get the combined flavor and the liquid.
This is definitely thinking outside the box and I want to know what happened.

The bread didn't rise. Actually, it was pretty weird. Half of the loaf didn't rise and the other half did. It didn't taste good. This is not the weirdest thing I've tried. I get creative ;-).
