So, I am going to make fruitcake tomorrow.
I was at the grocery and all the candied fruit for it was only .50 a carton. How could I say no? I love, love, love fruitcake! :9

my mom also used to make a great apricot nut bread that had that type of consistency. I should ask her for the recipe...
