Tonight's crock pot meal
It snowed lightly all day here in the high country 'burbs yesterday. And today it's grey skies and chilly. So I browned a piece of beef in the pressure cooker and pressured it for 1/2 hour in beef broth w/onions. Then cut it up for the Crockpot. Added a bag of frozen soup veggies. The house is starting smell great.

Hope you're all snuggly these mid winter days. I've been enjoying listening to Sam Seder filling in for Randi on AAR while the various machines (Crockpot, washer & dryer) make me look like a good housekeeper.

1. I did the crock pot thing tonight too!
The potroast complete that I posted a couple of months ago. It's a regular favorite in the 48%er household.
