I loved eating 'zucca' pastas when we lived in Italy. It's not exactly pumpkin, in fact, I think butternut squash would be a closer match. Interesting that she uses cilantro, since the herb in its fresh form is extremely rare in Italy. I'm guessing this native Neapolitan picked up the cilantro habit in her new home of Hong Kong.
This sounds SO good. I just have to come up with a vegetarian substitute for the turkey sausage.

FYI, I found this while food-blog hopping linked from Presto Pasta Nights, a Friday round-up of pasta dishes cooked by various food bloggers. The 'host' of the round up changes weekly.
