Who here has ever made braised pork belly? I have not .....

I never had the opportunity to eat it yet either....but am hoping to go to Cleveland next month to visit family and have me some at Lola's. I want to try and make Thomas Kellers recipe from Ad Hoc.

Tell me your experiences.
