what ingredient is missing?
Leftover pork butt- Turning it into stew-

Sauteed garlic, shallots in olive oil- added beef boullion, water, gluten free flour,
added green chillis, jalapenos, cilantro, cumin, sage, brown sugar, blackbeans, turnip,
carrot, potato

and it's ALMOST there- something is missing and can't quite figure it out.

2. Wine?
I find a little wine always makes things perfect. (Or nearly so.) I try to use white wine but often I use just whatever is in the house.

12. Good, for something that tastes like a whole lot of nothing by itself
the tomatillo can add a lot of perfect flavor notes.

I've tried posole verde without them. It was edible. With them, it's special.
