Top Sirloin cryopak from costco
Costco beef is way better than the stuff from safeway, but I never quite knew what to do with a 20 poound cryopak. Then I found Bill the Butcher. If you like the idea of paying $2.59 a pound for a good steak, this is the way to go:

1. Five pound bags of shrimp and whole sides of salmon
are why I bought a small freezer. I always cut it down when I get home and repackage it in freezer bags, also bought in bulk from Costco. Those are the bulk items I save a huge amount on.

The toilet paper, not so much. I just go ahead and buy the cheap stuff at the supermarket, the thin, scratch your butt stuff that doesn't clog an ultra low flow desert toilet.

3. Facing a 20 pound lump
of raw meat can be kind of intimidating. Bill the butcher makes sense of it. He also has a series of youtube videos where he cuts up a whole cow. That's entertainment.
