Costco had bags of fresh chickpeas last week. They were green and packed in two pound bags for 5.99. I really wanted to buy them to try but since there's just two of us here I wasn't sure what I would use them for other than to toss into a salad. I wonder how they would have been in a hummus?
If I do a Costco run this weekend and they still have them...I'm gonna try
