They look awesome, and I'm sure taste even better. I've never made bagels, but have made soft pretzels, which I'm thinking have similar baking techniques.

I understand the process is very similar. I'd would like to try pretzels but we don't need that much snack type bread product lying around here. LOL

Here's the recipe I use. I just used the whole wheat variation and kneaded the raisins in ahead of the second rise:
