I'm around a lot, I just don't post a lot, tend to be a lurker but yes, I'm paying attention to what goes on here  Sometimes I even lurk around the Fiction & Non-fiction boards....
Anyway, to answer your question... no, I've never seen that book. I worked with the Kraft Philadeliphia Cheesecake book (titled Ultimate Cheesecakes) and another one called "The Joy of Cheesecake" but not the one you mentioned. The Kraft book is the one I learned from, and then I developed my own technique/recipe from there. Once I learned how to make a good cheesecake, I've relied on the bounty of internet cheesecake recipes for inspiration.
All that said, "Cheesecake Extraordinaire" looks to contain many yummy, tempting variations. I peeked at the index on the Amazon site you sent, and many sound really wonderful - Caramel Mocha, Apricot Mousse, Bananas Foster, Butterscotch, Orange Pineapple, Peaches & Cream w/ Fresh Peach topping, and so many others. What's unique, to me, about the book, is the quantity of myriad toppings recipes that she's included.
