Morbier and Prosciutto

A chef I had worked with occasionally just opened up a cute little market featuring quality cheeses, meats, baked goods, etc. I just had to stop and of course made a purchase.

It's risky opening any type of business now-a-days, so I'll try to shop there from time to time.
