Tonight's ingredients are: ground turkey, black garlic, and watermelon rind pickles. :rofl:

Can't wait to see what these non southerners make of that specialty. ;-D

1. Well, those pickles are a perfect foil

for a garlicky turkey terrine.

On edit: I do a classic Chinese "pork and pickle soup" with turkey instead of pork, so the combination isn't unheard of.

2. Black Garlic?

Never heard of it before... but after Googling, think I might want to try it!!

Anyone have any experience with it?
