fun to switch recipes midstream and see all the possible
variations- well, esp. when you realize you didn't have one ingredient! :hide: I usually use the one for pumpkin cheesecake pie from the back of the cream cheese package or one on the graham cracker pie shell, but I thought I would try something else this time and make 2, since I had 2 shells and 2 packs of cream cheese.


So I originally planned on this one

but then about half way I realized I didn't have whipping cream! So I skipped over to this one and improvised a bit, since it seems as if you have the basic structure down, you won't have too much trouble.

and this is what i used for the second one, since I only had 1 more pack of cream cheese. This one had a creamy layer first and then a pumpkin layer on top so that was kind of neat.

fascinating how different recipes for the same thing can be! And differences in spices are interesting too!
