Cinnamon Chips

Found some in he local sore today... now, what can I do with them?

1. Send them to me
I haven't been able to find them for a few years. I know I can order them on line someplace but I keep forgetting.

I use them in coffee cake or apple cakes. They are also great in Pumpkin oatmeal cookies with a little candied ginger and some dried cranberries or cherries.

I've used them in Blondies and in Pecan Bars.

Thanks god I don't bake much anymore! Just the possibilities have added 20 lbs. :rofl:

5. They really do perk up
an oatmeal raisin cookie. Their uses are endless.

This KA recipe calls for them but I haven't used them in it because it's already so cinnamonny, plus I add a little ground cloves and allspice:
