I thought some of you might be interested in this video series on Depression cooking by a 93-yr-old
This woman, Clara, is adorable, and she shows the way her family used to cook in the 30s, while telling stories from the old days.

1. Thanks for posting about her again!
I have viewed Clara's videos more a few times also. She is such a great inspiration. I bought her book also. After I read it, I shared with another oldster who loved it.

Thanks for bringing Cooking with Clara up again. Her Grandson is marketing her dishes online, books and CD's and is making her famous!

Fun!

Her dishes are old school, easy and good.

6. Clara's videos are wonderful
Her meals look healthy and nutricious, and best of all are her stories how her family lived during the Depression.
