My next venture in Cheesemaking will be mascarpone

How easy is this recipe and you can sometimes catch good deals on heavy cream. Mascarapone is awfully expensive here and I love it but rarely use it.

For my once in a while indulgence in the dairy I'm thinking I'll make a really amazing Mascarapone cheese cake with fresh strawberries
