Tried the tabasco mayo last week and was so impressed that I stopped back at the same store (World Market) to pick up the baconnaise.

Both are so flavorful you do not really need to use much, so those that are watching fat content/calorie count should be okay.

Made pannini's with these two mayo's and also veggie dip. Both super yummy!

I'm on the road to more food experimentation. ;-)

2. I often just flavor up the plain mayo myself.
I'll add some chipotle chili powder, or chopped canned chipotles to it, and it has a nice smokey flavor. Sometimes I'll add wasabi to plain mayo, which is pretty good with fish. However, I don't tend to keep bacon around the house, so if I was inclined to eat something like that, I'd just buy the Baconnaise. I've seen it in the stores, and I often wondered about it. I think it would be great on a tomato sandwich.
