I really want to his chicken pilaf, but I didn't catch the beginning. How much stock and coconut milk did he use? Thanks

I don't how I missed that! I put in his name as a search and got nothing but an episode listing. Can't wait to make this!

It just sounds heavenly...and I'm not crazy about traditional pilaf because of the nuts (pine nuts?).

5. I always scoffed at tradition and used almonds, pecans or walnuts |
|
in any recipe that called for pine nuts. It's not that pine nuts aren't buttery and delicious and I'm not allergic to them. It's the cost.
Every fall I get a few bags of almonds, pecans and walnuts and freeze them. That keeps me going all year. They're cheapest in the fall and I can usually find sales, at Costco if not anywhere else.
