A couple of summertime dishes
The homegrown tomatoes are starting to come in. I like to use them on lot's of things like this salad

An easy pasta dish just needs

Drizzle some Spanish olive oil over your plate and you're ready to go. I eat this hot, but cold would be okay too I guess.

3. We are just starting to get tomatoes here.
I guess the cool spring held them back some. I will bookmark for when the excess begins. Mmmmmm, looks great. And easy, too, my favorite.

6. I make one similar to your pasta dish
olive oil
chopped fresh basil
brie cheese torn into pieces
fresh diced garlic cloves
chopped fresh tomatoes
salt
pepper

combine them all in a bowl and sit on your counter for couple of hours or so stirring occasionally...best on a hot summer day.

Boil up your pasta and when it's done toss it with the sauce. Can top with parmesean when you serve it.

yummy!!!
