Baking wonks: soy milk?

I've often looked at the soy milk in the fridge and thought maybe I could use it in place of milk to make some biscuits or somethin'.
Can ya? :shrug:

It should be fine in most baked goods but you need to be careful with other types of cooking because it burns easier than milk.
