A rather selfish prayer request so I hope it's OK

But I'd like someone to pray that I can get my life sorted out. Basically my life has reached its lowest point in a long time in almost every aspect of my life and I'm feeling the most depressed and directionless that I have felt for a long time. I'd like to find true love, have a steady job and be happy in life. So if anyone would like to pray for me, please feel free. I'm sorry -it is a kind of selfish prayer request when I have so many things I should be (and am) thankful for but it would just give me some comfort

Words are inadequate for me to convey the gratitude that I feel for your prayers and support and I already feel much more positive about my life than I did a few weeks ago and have made some decisions about my future that have the potential to change my life for the better over the coming weeks and months. It’s still going to be an uphill and long battle but I feel much more prepared and self-confident than I did a few weeks ago

I'm reasonably sure that others, like I, also prayed or sent energy or did what various people do but never got around to posting that they did.

I did mean to say that I didn't think it selfish to ask for prayers--that's what this group is for, after all--but then I got busy and forgot to come back to it.
