Please pray for Steven and Paula
My brother faces major cancer surgery this Monday. He's a Viet Nam vet and is an ardent Democrat, as is his entire family. His wife's mother is dying, and is not expected to live past this weekend. Naturally, his wife Paula is having a time of it, keeping her act together. Any and all prayers will be appreciated.

5. Thank you for your prayers!
Here's an update for you:

My sister in law's mother passed away peacefully Sunday, and my brother had his surgery the next day. He is experiencing what the doctors say is a very surprisingly rapid recovery; he was to be in ICU five days, but he's ready to be released to a regular ward now. I know the power of prayer and wish to thank you for them! Mas'allah! (Look what God has done!)
