I'm Having Surgery Tomorrow
It shouldn't be a big deal; I'm having a hernia repaired, so it's not a life threatening situation. Still, any time one has a general anesthetic there is risk involved.

I'd appreciate your prayers, good karma, etc. I'll have Bertha let you know how I am doing after the surgery.

The surgeon was able to repair the hernia. I am having substantially more pain than I anticipated, but I'm sure all will be better soon.
