My teen is driving me nuts tonight!

:rant: She's supposed to be studying for an AP test tomorrow, but instead has decided to fight with me over a concert I won't let her go to because she handled the arrangements so badly (other DUers were in on that one and can back me up - long story). I had a tooth extracted Tuesday and my mouth is killing me and she just won't let go! She's dug herself into a hole with the things she's said to me so that as of now, she's grounded for the weekend unless there's a sudden radical attitude change. She's informed me she's going out on Sunday with or without permission. I told her that if I can't be responsible for her, I'll turn custody over to her father. I hate it when it gets like this but she's pushed me into a corner. I'm sure it will be better tomorrow, but I just needed to rant. :rant:
