Gad--the DU kid wars are on again in full force. Thank goodness we have this group.

I've become somewhat philosophical about it--I'm glad the curmudgeons have the internets to beat their chests and point out how superior they are.

This group was started largely out of a need for people to get some parenting advice without being accused of being too indulgent or having outright hostility directed at them.

Just a big thanks to you all, this group is a sanity saver.
