Can you recommend a good children's magazine?
Does anyone here get a subscription to a magazine? My parents want to give one as a gift, but I'm not familiar with any of them to make a recommendation.

The daughter is 8 (reads at college level), and the son is 5 (just started reading).

Thanks for any and all suggestions!

2. National Geographic
Smithsonian, Discover - (I know NG & Discover have a kid version, can't remember, but I think S does, too. Not that your daughter needs it probably!)for your son, maybe. Also for him - Ranger Rick, Cricket.
