Jim Joyce Blown Call - Armando Galarraga's Reaction - A Lesson for Children

Anyone who saw the blown call by Jim Joyce that ruined Armando Galarraga's perfect game on what would have been the very last out, and saw Mr. Galarraga's reaction and commentary afterwards, can appreciate the lesson in good sportsmanship and taking bad breaks well that it epitomizes. There is an excellent teaching moment, for children, and us all, that is crystallized by that series of events. Good job Armando, not even Jim Joyce's bad call when you had a perfect game in your grasp caused you to lose your grip on your dignity and class. Good job.
