Works just peachy on my Fedora 13, didn't try Ubuntu or other Debiany distros.

1. Another source for printer drivers, including Epson, is here:

Under LM8 the Repositories included Epson-specific enhancements to CUPS. Not yet with LM9,but this link led to the Gutenberg updates, which underlie CUPS. Still downloading a lot, but if if enables more functions or kills LM9, I'll let you know when I next fire up the R1800.
