Could anyone recommend a free Windows webcam suite?
What I want is something that can take photos in .jpg, .gif, .png, .tiff, or .bmp formats, as well as recording video files in .avi, .mpg, .mp4, .ogg, .flv, or other format(s).

Yeah, not asking for much, am I?
