content.cgi - the webpage generator for the main page
comments.cgi - the thing that adds content to the webpage
sortArticles.cgi - the thing that re-orders articles according to admin's needs
linkManager.cgi - a thing that stores and manages external links on the main page.

The finished product looks kind of like Salon, circa 1999.
