A question for Apple users.

I've been wanting to build a mini-itx puter for a while, until today I saw the notice for the mini-mac. It would cost less than building the mini-itx, plus it has a bullet-proof operating system.

My only problem is all the data I have on the pc. Particularly the data in Quicken, where I keep my financial records.

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to transfer data files from a pc to a mac? Since the mini comes with Quicken, that would be perfect.
