leaving computer in the car
I am taking a trip where I need to fly
I would put my car in long term parking for 10 days
I have a desktop and
LCD monitor

The temperature range would be 50 -75 degrees
Would this be a problem for the computer
Would it make a difference if computer is in the trunk or on the seat

All would be covered with blankets to keep it from prying eyes

1. I can' answer about the temp
but I would keep it in the trunk. A thief is still gonna be tempted to see what's under the blankets -- my thinking, anyway. Trunks are harder to get into, aren't they?, and not worth the trouble if there's no proof that there's something in there. Just my two cents.

Have a great trip! :D

2. I don't think
50 to 75 degrees is a problem. I live in the north and I have had electronic equipment in below zero temps and all I made sure of was I let it warm up to room temp and dry out before I used it.
