Two questions...virus in my email and domain hosting

For any kind techie who wants to advise a tech challenged DUer.

First question: I registered a domain name for my company about 4 years ago. I can't remember how I did it and I think it's time for renewal. How do I check and how do I renew the domain name?

Second question: I sent an email to a friend who called and told me it was blocked due to a virus. I then ran Norton's and adaware and tried to send it again. It was again blocked. Here's the automatic response I got from her ISP (amavisd-new):

Our content checker found
virus:
banned name: Jol03.com
in email presumably from you

Please check your system for viruses,
or ask your system administrator to do so.

Delivery of the email was stopped!


So, how do I get rid of the virus?

Go here to check when and where you registered your domain.
http://www.internic.net/whois.html
Click at the bottom of my post and pick out a online virus scanner. Make sure you have Norton turned off before you run the scanner.
