Demopedia help

we started a recipe page on Demopedia and need some suggestions on organizing it.

I guess we need more categories, like under entrees "fish" "meat" etc.... but on the tips page it only shows how to do a "main" category and a "sub heading"

it would be nice to have a third sub header for the recipes and the option to hide all the actual recipe names unless that is the sub category you want to look at IE number 4 to look like:

Main Dishes (heading)
Fish (sub category) {hide/expand}
Meat (sub category) {hide/expand}
Pork (sub category) {hide/expand}
etc etc

any hints on how to accomplish this?

folks aslo wondered if we can add icons (kid friendly, lo cal etc) is there a way to do that?
