Any recommendations for website translation widgets, scripts?

Rather than people inserting URL in something like Google Translate or copying and pasting text at Babel Fish, do you know of something to install at a website which would enable visitors to choose the language they view it in?

I found the following link, but haven't found much else. I saw one at widgetbox but the reviews weren't great.
